- Outside just high speed data packs make video calls to your valued ones at 1.2 Taka/min (10 sec pulse) only.
- More usage fee of Taka 0.01 / 10KB applicable for volume smart plans & social packs for up to BDT 200 after which the data package will get discontinued. Used for 4MB postpaid pack and 3MB pack extra usage fee limit is BDT 20 next which package will get.
- Customers not further down 3G coverage will get up to 1 Mbps speed for all packages excluding otherwise mentioned.
- Customers not under 3G coverage & without a 3G enabled device all skill the maximum available 2G speeds.
- Very of the packages mentioned beyond with 28 days are applicable for prepaid only. Postpaid customers will enjoy 30 days’ validity for the own packages.
- For night 2 GB pack day time internet browsing (10:01 AM-11:59 PM) charge will be at Taka 0.80 / MB as per genuine usage. When volume exhaustion during night time usage (12:00 AM-10:00) charge will be at Taka 0.80 / MB as per actual usage.
- Separately from the above mentioned packs the following packs will be available Click 3 MB pack (3 MB and 2 MMS at Taka 1.15 for 2 days) & Mini-pack 60 MB (60 MB at Taka 16 for 10 days) with speeds up to 128 Kbps.
- Customers most recent subscribed in heavy usage data pack, Social Pack & Smart Pack can SMS "usage" to 5000 to know their data balance.
